Published Image Support: Before posting support questions for VM Depot images, you may find the answer on the image publisher’s Web site. For example, Bitnami has great documentation and a support forum. Check the publisher profile related to the image you’re working with for a link to the publisher’s site.

Linux Support: Windows Azure support for the Linux images that are based on Azure’s endorsed distributions is available on this forum, via support online, or you can open a case with your EA agreement.

Image Software Support: For support of software installed on images, check the software creator’s Web site for answers. For example, WordPress has numerous support forums here: http://wordpress.org/support/
